Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or accept returns, but we DO offer exchanges on the SAME product, if your product has arrived damaged or defective.  

We put a lot of care into packaging our products but sometimes things happen in transit that are out of our control.  In the event that your candle baby is defective or damaged, please send us an email at:

with pictures of the product AND the box (to show any damage) and any other pertinent information, and we will work with you to get the situation resolved.  Please make sure to submit this information within ***SEVENTY TWO HOURS*** of receiving your order.  If 72 hours have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
