shipping policies

*  Your order will be shipped approx 3-7 business days from the time of order placement.  This allows us a lead time of 2-3 business days to process your order.  Most of our products are availble as indicated on the website, however some things do require a custom made-to-order fulfillment time period.  

*  We ship via USPS, from Monday - Thursday, excluding holidays or when USPS is closed.  During the summer months, we only ship Mon-Wed, due to extreme heat.  If your order is placed Wednesday after 1:00 PM, (PST) during the summer, your order will be shipped out that following Monday.  

*  While most of our time is devoted to YOU and our candle babies, we both have "real jobs" (Julie is a dental hygienist and Tiffany is a patient care coordinator) that we also love.   Although we often both think that we have super powers, we are still human and we ask for your patience while we strive to process your orders in a timely manner.  :) 

*  Delivery time will depend on the postal service.  Once the package is scanned by USPS,  smoke & flame candle co  has no control over how long the package will take to arrive.  smoke & flame candle co  is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.  

*  However, we always want to make sure that you have received the items you have paid for, so please reach out to us if you ever have any concerns regarding the status of your order.  Thank you!
